With Mother's Day right around the corner, I wanted to put together some Mommy & Me Minis to celebrate. These mini sessions will be quick and easy, perfect for little ones and little attention spans.
I'm offering two options for these packages, the first, The Mommy Package, will be $125 and will include 10 digital images. These images will be edited and delivered to you via an online gallery for you to download. The second option, The Motherhood Package, will be $200, include all of your edited images and a 16x20 canvas of your favorite photo. The canvases will be printed by a local business in Lexington, KY.
Since there are only seven slots open, you will need to pay for your session when you book. If you need to cancel, you can apply that cost toward another session with me. In the event of rain you will have the option of either a refund or rescheduling your session.
What can I expect?
After booking your session I'll send you an email with all of the details and confirm your time slot.
Once you arrive the day of your session, you'll need to send me a text to let me know you're there. I'll make sure you have my phone number when you book your session. Your session will last about 15-20 minutes; my assistant will help us keep an eye on the clock so we stay on track and respect everyone's time. After all the sessions are finished that day, I'll head home to edit! You can expect an email with a link to your digital gallery within 5-7 days. Once you have your link you'll be able to download your images and/or purchase prints from my online store. If you chose The Motherhood Package, you will have some work to do! You'll need to let know which photo you want to select for your canvas. These selections should be sent to me by May 15 so I can send everything over to the vendor.
What should I bring?
If you want to include something personal in your session I would suggest timeless items, like your child's favorite book or toy. Keepsakes, like a teddy bear, doll, or heirloom quilt are also beautiful in photographs. I'll bring a large green blanket (queen size) for your session incase you prefer to sit, it's also handy if you decide to bring an heirloom quilt to sit on, my blanket will keep yours protected and clean.
What should I wear?
I always suggest wearing simple, classic clothing, this will look better in photos as they age. Softer colors instead of bright, bold colors and patterns; simple designs instead of cartoon characters or large text and sayings. But these are your photos! So there are no rules! Wear what makes you and your little ones feel confident and happy.
How should I prepare?
Everyone is happier when they aren't hungry. Even though our session time is pretty short, everyone will benefit from a little snack before we begin. Also think about nap time schedules when selecting a time that works best for your session, hangry and sleepy don't mix well with photos. Don't see a session time that works for you? Send me a message and let's plan something that fits into your schedule. Contact me!
I'm so excited to work with you and your little ones! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
I'll see you May 1!
